- Manage and oversee all Registrar & Transfer Agent (RTA) operational activities across financial.
- Coordinate internal, statutory, trustee, and SEBI audits.
- Ensure timely submission of regulatory and management reports.
- Manage distributor onboarding, empanelment, and operational support.
- Ensure accurate brokerage computation, validation, reconciliation, and payout processing.
- Act as the primary relationship manager for RTA, KRA, Digital, and Other operational service providers.
- Reconcile vendor invoices with operational MIS and service volumes, investigate discrepancies, and ensure timely resolution.
