Senior Planning Engineer

- Lead the preparation of master project schedules, including detailed WBS and project timelines.
- Develop and maintain baseline schedules, cash flow forecasts, and resource plans.
- Monitor overall project progress and ensure alignment with contractual milestones.
- Conduct critical path analysis, delay analysis, and recovery planning.
- Review and validate schedules prepared by junior planning engineers.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and site execution teams for accurate inputs.
- Identify project risks, delays, and deviations; propose corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly progress reports to management and clients.
