- To perform a strategic role and oversight in the overall management of the company's operations. Implementing technology (AI/automation) to scale efficiency and resilience
- To oversee corporate governance. Ensuring strict adherence to regulatory frameworks, managing risk within operations, and implementing robust internal controls for fund management
- Mitigate operational risks, including IT security, cyber security, and third-party outsourcing risks
- Ensure adherence to SEBI regulations, AMFI guidelines, and other statutory requirements.
- Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to develop and execute long-term strategies.
- Adherence to Risk Management Framework and Identify, assess, and mitigate operational, market, and compliance risks.
- Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders, including investors, trustees, and partners.
- To provide any desired management level support / assistance to Peer group and colleagues in the Leadership team.
