- Help to meet the target mobilization of assets under each of the products as per the Business plan through active engagement with all the channels.
- Co-ordinate and connect with all the distributors/Bank and to achieve the assigned target.
- Responsible for business generation and scaling up business relationships as per as the assigned targets.
- Responsible for managing the day to day distributor/Bank operations , query resolution, and backend coordination to ensure seamless sales execution and business continuity.
- Being responsible for providing full time support to team members to help them achieve business targets.
- Activate new distributors in the location.
- Responsible for conducting IAPs and product related training sessions for distributors/Bank.
- Plan engagement activities with distributors/Bank through meets, presentation and mailers etc. on a regular basis.
