- Oversee and manage the complete construction cycle of airport building projects (e.g., terminals, hotels, admin blocks).
- Plan, coordinate, and execute all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with specifications, budget, and schedule.
- Supervise site teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- Liaise with airport authorities, consultants, and local regulatory bodies to ensure project approvals and smooth execution.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on work status.
- Ensure compliance with airport-specific safety protocols and restricted area operations.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays or cost overruns.
- Manage construction resources, logistics, and sequencing of works within an operational airport environment.
- Coordinate with MEP, architectural, and structural teams to resolve design/construction issues.
