- Coordinate with EPC contractors, dredging/marine specialists, and design consultants.
- Oversee compliance with international marine construction standards and project specifications.
- Manage marine logistics, including handling of rock materials, geotextile layers, core and armour placement, and underwater inspections.
- Review and approve method statements, construction sequences, and quality control plans.
- Monitor safety compliance in harsh marine working conditions.
- Track progress, conduct technical reviews, and ensure timely completion of critical marine structures.
- Serve as the technical authority for breakwater alignment, structural integrity, and construction best practices.
