- Identify infrastructure bottlenecks and recommend measures to address last mile connectivity, port infrastructure and Port Logistics.
- Provide recommendations on policies, acts, rules, standard operating procedures to enable Gujarat to further strengthen its lead in the maritime sector.
- Recommend institutional, regulatory and governance reforms to promote ease of doing business .
- Identify & tap new avenues for investment in the maritime & allied sector.
- Assess global trends and leverage best practices to recommend suitable interventions in structuring and implementation of PPP projects.
- Identify trends in Ship Building, Ship Repair and Recycling industry and recommend future discourse.
