- Oversee and manage all aspects of contracts related to the High-Speed Rail project, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and ensuring contract compliance.
- Should be well versed with FIDIC Conditions of Contract.
- Identify and assess potential risks related to contract terms, project delays, costs, and performance, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
- Efficiently managed contractual correspondence, ensuring timely communication of any hindrances or issues that could impact contract performance.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and variations for valuation approval and manage the process of contract claims, disputes, and variations.
