- Formulate financial strategies and provisions for projects undertaken for EMD, including Bid Bond (tender submission), Working Capital Limits, Term Loans with banks and NBFCs, as well as Bank Guarantees and LCs.
- Serve as a strategic financial adviser to the Leadership and Management Team, providing sound advice, guidance, and information on organizational performance, risks, opportunities, and the best industry offerings.
- Provide financial advice to the Management and CFO regarding the latest banking amendments and best industry offerings.
- Assist the CFO in preparing financial plans to enhance profitability and margins.
- Manage and direct the timely and accurate evaluation of monthly cash flow forecast statements and identify deficit funds.
